English for The Tourism & Hospitality Industries This course is designed to give you confidence you may encounter in everyday hospitality industry situations. Both courses help you learn through a number of interactive ways. You’ll work on real-life simulations, plan and organize a small event, and work on other projects. English Skills You will improve your general English, as well as your grammar and vocabulary Reading and Writing Bolster your skills in these key areas. Speaking and Listening Strategies will be focused on and used to develop your skills in the two areas. English for Hospitality Gain key hospitality vocabulary through simulations of real- life hospitality situations. Culture and Tourism You will examine aspects of culture and why people travel to reinforce research and presentation skills. Hospitality Projects You will organise a mini event, alongside other integrated projects. Standard Program - £450 Duration: 15 weeks (1.5 hour lesson per week)Hours per week: 22.5 classroom hours plus 15-20 hours of independent learning Intensive Program - £500 Duration: 6 weeks (4 hours per week/2 lessons of 2 hours per week)Hours per week: on average, 24 classroom hours plus 15-20 hours of independent learning Minimum 4 participants – Maximum 8 participants Any day and time of the week including Saturdays available depending on demand.
