MY FEELINGS ABOUT UNIVERSITY

UNIVERSITRY ENVIRONMENT

University of central punjab has got one of the finest atmosphere and environment

any institution can have or needs to have. All the seniors here are full co-operative and they are

advised to be full kind and loving with all the juniors.

Any information regarding any subject can be easily approached within few meters.University has a vast library where books of all kinds are available. There is complete silence in

the library and you can study with full attention and devotion.

University cafeteria is also very well managed and regulated. All the eatables are

easily and cheaply available and they are also quality ensured. You can had anything of your

choice and then u can sit under peaceful enivorment on chairs and tables to enjoy your meal with

your friends.

There are many parks within the university area. These parks are properly maintained and

trimmed on regular basis so that we have a neat and clean atmosphere where we can study with

full devotion.

There is a big parking slot for cars and motorbikes. There is separate parking for cars and

motorbike so that there is no hustle and bustle. All the roads and routes are clean and neat and we

donot face any problem regarding cars being damaged or bikes being stolen out from there.

All the classrooms are fully air-conditioned and have a very comfortable seating plan.

iving in !akistan there is problem of load shedding as there is less electricity production and

availability so the university management has provided us with generators and all the necessary

equipments so that we can study without any respite.

The chairs in our classroom are very comfortable and they are cleaned on regular and proper

basis so that the students face no problem and have a very warm and healthy competition among

them. The atmosphere in our class rooms is very good and we have a healthy competition.

"o# overall the environment of our university is one of the most finest and best environment

any institution can had. $ can proudly say that my university has got the finest and revolutionist

atmosphere out of all the institutions out there.

central mechanisms that can raise the declining social and economic infrastructure of the country.

"ince the ,555s# there has been rapid growth in these institutions and universities across !akistan

as is evident from the sharp rise in their numbers from just , in ,55( to (65 at present.

!akistan# despite rapid growth in the education sector during the past decade# suffers from severe

challenges in its educational development. These challenges include lack of access to higher

education for the majority of its youth# results oriented standards of pedagogical techniques#

brain drain of qualified human resource and lack of adaptability to changing paradigms of

academic research.

ut of a population of (75 million# only five percent of them have access to university level

education. $t is worth mentioning that# by the end of ,5,,# !akistan needs 6 million new jobs if

the economy grows up to si0 percent annually. Therefore# it is the premier duty of all national

universities to produce graduates who fulfill the criteria of the national# social and economic

needs of the country. .

The role of university managers and leaders is very crucial in steering our universities in the

right direction. The /igher 8ducation 9ommission of !akistan :/89!; can# for e0ample# initiate

university leadership and administration programmes for capacity building of universityadministrators in collaboration with top ranking educational schools around the world.

A university is responsible to develop the whole thinking person# to e0pand hori'ons and instill

the love for learning in individuals and build democratic citi'enship with engaged and informed

citi'ens who have the power to make democracy work.

Universities have the power to provide innovative solutions# but when tools of a successful army

are used in this institution# results are equal to those imagined if we promote debate groups for

soldiers when they are in the line of fire.
