Introduction

The Siemens Transducer Spray Cleaning Nozzle ensures efficient operation, preventing material buildup on the transducer by spraying water onto the face of the transducer at set intervals.

For use with XPS-15 and XCT-12 transducers only.

Installation

The Transducer Spray Cleaning Nozzle attaches quickly and easily to your application.

1. Attach 3/4" conduit pipe to transducer using a 3/4" NPT to 1" NPT coupling. (See maximum height below.)

2. Run cable through conduit, and make sure that the conduit pipe extends above the Nozzle bracket.

3. Attach Nozzle to conduit using the supplied SS U-bolts. Do not tighten.4. Move Nozzle down until the bracket touches the transducer. (As in detail view

below.)5. Tighten U-bolts.6. Attach water source to 3/4" Nozzle connection.7. Regulate frequency and pressure as required.

Einleitung

Die Siemens Sprühdüse zur Sensorreinigung verhindert Material-ablagerungen am Ultraschallsensor, indem sie in bestimmten Intervallen Wasser auf die Sensorsendefläche sprüht. Damit wird ein einwandfreier Betrieb garantiert.

Sie ist nur für Sensoren vom Typ XPS-15 und XCT-12 geeignet.

Installation

Die Sprühdüse zur Sensorreinigung ist schnell und einfach zu installieren.

1. Befestigen Sie die 3/4" Rohrleitung mit Hilfe eines 3/4" NPT auf 1" NPT Adapters an den Sensor. (Maximale Höhe des Verbindungsstücks siehe unten.)

2. Führen Sie das Kabel durch das Rohr und versichern Sie sich, dass die Rohrleitung oben über die Halterung der Düse hinausragt.

3. Befestigen Sie die Düse mit den mitgelieferten U-Bügeln an der Rohrleitung. Ziehen Sie die Bügel nicht an.

4. Schieben Sie die Düse nach unten, bis die Halterung den Sensor berührt. (Siehe Detailzeichnung unten.)

5. Ziehen Sie nun die Bügel an.6. Schließen Sie die Wasserversorgung an das 3/4" Gewinde der Sprühdüse an.7. Regulieren Sie den Wasserstrahl und Wasserdruck nach Ihrem Bedarf.

Introducción

El Dispositivo de Limpieza Siemens permite garantizar el funcionamiento fiable de los sensores ultrasónicos y evitar la acumulación de material. El sistema limpia regularmente la cara emisora del sensor con agua bajo presión.

Este dispositivo está diseñado para los sensores ultrasónicos XPS-15 y XCT-12.

Instalación

El Dispositivo de Limpieza para sensores se instala rápida- y fácilmente en la aplicación.

1. Acoplar la rosca 3/4" en el sensor con un acoplamiento 3/4" NPT - 1" NPT(máxima altura indicada a continuación).

2. Colocar el cable en el conducto y comprobar que el tubo se extiende por encima del soporte de montaje del Dispositivo de Limpieza.

3. Fijar el Dispositivo al soporte de montaje utilizando los pernos en U de acero inoxidable. No apriete los pernos.

4. Mover el dispositivo hacia abajo procurando que el soporte de montaje esté en contacto con el sensor (ver detalle a continuación).

5. Apretar los pernos en U.6. Conectar la fuente de agua en la rosca 3/4" del Dispositivo de Limpieza.7. Ajustar la frecuencia de la limpieza y la presión del agua tal y como sea necesario.

Mover el dispositivo hacia abajo procurando que esté en contacto con el sensor

Introduction

Le Dispositif de Nettoyage Siemens est conçu pour garantir le fonctionnement fiable des transducteurs ultrasoniques. Il envoie régulièrement de l�eau à haute pression sur la face émettrice du transducteur pour empêcher l�accumulation de produit.

Ce dispositif peut être associé aux transducteurs XPS-15 et XCT-12 uniquement.

Installation

Le Dispositif de Nettoyage du transducteur est extrêmement simple et rapide à installer.

1. Utiliser un manchon 3/4" NPT - 1" NPT pour relier le conduit 3/4" au transducteur. (Se reporter aux indications sur la hauteur maximale ci-dessous.)

2. Faire passer le câble dans le conduit, et s�assurer que le tuyau dépasse le haut du support de montage du dispositif de nettoyage.

3. Fixer le dispositif de nettoyage au conduit avec les étriers en acier inoxydable fournis. Ne pas serrer.

4. Descendre le dispositif de nettoyage jusqu�à ce que le support de montage touche le transducteur (se reporter à la vue détaillée ci-dessous).

5. Serrer les étriers.6. Relier l�alimentation en eau au raccord du manchon 3/4".7. Régler la cadence et la pression du nettoyage à l�eau en fonction de l�application.
