FUEL SKIDS AND BURNER MANAGEMENT

Chemical Injection Skids or pump skids are terms used to describe integrated packages
mounted on a common base plate.
The skids generally include a combination of tanks, piping, chemical injection pumps or
chemical transfer pumps, instrumentation, valves and control systems.
The chemical injection systems are mainly used to inject a precise and accurate amount of
chemical into a system with the required back pressure, continuously or at intervals.
Applications cover a spectrum of typical process requirements such as:
Asset integrity: biocides, corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, oxygen scavengers.
Flow assurance: hydrate inhibitors, emulsion breakers, foam control and drag reduction.
Refinery: corrosion control, fouling control and fuel additives etc.
We are specialized in design and fabrication of transportable/permanent, skid mounted
chemical injection systems.
INDIRECT GAS HEATERS
Indirect bath heaters have a wide variety of successful applications in the oil and gas
production, processing and transmission industry.
Some of the most common application include the following:
1. Gas dew point heating : high-pressure natural gas heating upstream pressure regulation
stations preventing condensation phenomena due to the Joule-Thomson effect.
2. Heating of high-pressure natural gas upstream pressure regulation in order to p r e v e n t
external icing formation.
3. Fuel gas super-heating upstream gas turbines (performance heaters) .
4. Gas heating downstream low temperature storages.
5. Hydrate prevention.
6. Viscosity reduction: crude oil heating upstream treatments to facilitate degassing and

hydrocarbon liquids ranging in viscosity.
The complete system includes inlet basket strainers, air eliminators, positive displacement or
turbine flow meters, back pressure control valve, suction/discharge piping, valves,
instrumentation, controls and is designed to minimize field assembly.
The metering skid consist of a metal frame onto which pipes, ball valves, control valves,
pressure safety valves, pressure gauges , drainage system, field instrumentation and auxiliary
equipment have been installed.
Part of the ball valves upon request are equipped with electrical dives to allow
automated flow control and setting of operation.
All the valves can have the DBB design to provide dual isolation.
The standard metering system instrumentation consists of a flow meters, pressure transmitter,
temperature transmitters and a batch of controller.
HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT
Hydraulically powered valve actuators are the primary application for sites HPUs.

Lube oil consoles, seal oil systems and control oil systems are designed to provide
pressurized lubricating oil to various types of industrial rotating equipment.
Typically, these lube oil systems include pumps, heat exchangers, filters, controls and
