  • FUEL SKIDS AND BURNER MANAGEMENT

    SITES offers complete engineering and fabrication services for burner management and local

    control systems.

    Fuel skids are modular unit complete with piping, supports, tubing, valve assemblies, filters,

    instrumentation, wiring on board and junction boxes and are suitable for direct fired heaters,

    water bath heaters, incinerators and other combustion applications.

    Engineering department develops detailed engineering starting from basic information and

    technical specifications based upon well-established national and international standards.

    For complete the supply set we are able to furnish burner management system (BMS) and

    process control panel with programmable logic control (PLC or PCS) fully programmed with our

    internal software specialist for ensure fired heater safe startup, operation and shutdown,

    control and process control of packages.

  • FUEL GAS TREATMENT

    Fuel Gas is commonly used to feed turbine engines in the power generating industry.

    Preliminary fuel treatment is mandatory to ensure removal of solid, liquid and gas

    contaminants.

    SITES can realize complete fuel gas treatment packages.

  • CHEMICAL INJECTION

    Chemical Injection Skids or pump skids are terms used to describe integrated packages

    mounted on a common base plate.

    The skids generally include a combination of tanks, piping, chemical injection pumps or

    chemical transfer pumps, instrumentation, valves and control systems.

    The chemical injection systems are mainly used to inject a precise and accurate amount of

    chemical into a system with the required back pressure, continuously or at intervals.

    Applications cover a spectrum of typical process requirements such as:

    Asset integrity: biocides, corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, oxygen scavengers.

    Flow assurance: hydrate inhibitors, emulsion breakers, foam control and drag reduction.

    Refinery: corrosion control, fouling control and fuel additives etc.

    We are specialized in design and fabrication of transportable/permanent, skid mounted

    chemical injection systems.

  • INDIRECT GAS HEATERS

    Indirect bath heaters have a wide variety of successful applications in the oil and gas

    production, processing and transmission industry.

    Some of the most common application include the following:

    1. Gas dew point heating : high-pressure natural gas heating upstream pressure regulation

    stations preventing condensation phenomena due to the Joule-Thomson effect.

    2. Heating of high-pressure natural gas upstream pressure regulation in order to p r e v e n t

    external icing formation.

    3. Fuel gas super-heating upstream gas turbines (performance heaters) .

    4. Gas heating downstream low temperature storages.

    5. Hydrate prevention.

    6. Viscosity reduction: crude oil heating upstream treatments to facilitate degassing and

    dewatering.

    Range:

    The duty of SITESs heaters can vary from 90 kW up to 10 MW.

  • METERING SYSTEM

    SITES design fluid metering systems for accurate measurement and sampling of various

    hydrocarbon liquids ranging in viscosity.

    The complete system includes inlet basket strainers, air eliminators, positive displacement or

    turbine flow meters, back pressure control valve, suction/discharge piping, valves,

    instrumentation, controls and is designed to minimize field assembly.

    The metering skid consist of a metal frame onto which pipes, ball valves, control valves,

    pressure safety valves, pressure gauges , drainage system, field instrumentation and auxiliary

    equipment have been installed.

    Part of the ball valves upon request are equipped with electrical dives to allow

    automated flow control and setting of operation.

    All the valves can have the DBB design to provide dual isolation.

    The standard metering system instrumentation consists of a flow meters, pressure transmitter,

    temperature transmitters and a batch of controller.

  • HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT

    Hydraulically powered valve actuators are the primary application for sites HPUs.

    SITES takes care of engineering and construction of complete hydraulic system designed to

    operate any number of valves from a single control center.

    Hydraulic power is ideal for application requiring valve modulation, regulation or on/off

    service.

    With accumulator backup, sites hydraulic power units provide the perfect solution for fail-safe

    and emergency shutdown applications.

    HPUs are designed to provide sufficient pressure and volume to stroke valves singly or unison,

    depending on customer needs.

    Satellite accumulators are available for fail-safe application.

  • LUBE OIL CONSOLE COOLERS

    Lube oil consoles, seal oil systems and control oil systems are designed to provide

    pressurized lubricating oil to various types of industrial rotating equipment.

    Typically, these lube oil systems include pumps, heat exchangers, filters, controls and

    instrumentation.

    Lube oil consoles ( or skid ) inject uniformly clean and cool oil into bearings before,

    during and after compressor operation.

    Built under controlled conditions in a fabrication facility, systems are mounted on structural

    steel bases designed for easy and safe transport to the end-user's facility.

    Natural gas has no smell and is highly explosive, regulations require odorization in exact

    quantities, in order to detect every leak, no matter how slight, during distribution, reloading or

    transport.

    Therefore natural gas must be processed with absolutely leakproof systems.

    Sites offer odorizing dosing packages complete with storage tanks for odorizing product

    and all necessary tools to avoid any ambient contamination.

  • BLENDER UNITS

    The Blender Unit is designed for mixing incoming products with percentages regulated by

    control valves and flow transmitters and obtain different products on the out-coming lines that

    are pressure controlled by control valve and pressure transmitter.

    The incoming lines and the out-coming products are enabled by electrical motorized valves or

    pneumatic valves.

    The control system is normally done by others and is connected to all skid components by

    cables directly connected from instrument to remote panel or by interposed junction boxes.

    The system can be equipped by gas sensors and a signaling horn to control any gas leackage

    from piping assembly.

    Well head water injection is used to increase the pressure drop of well due to oil

    extraction and to increase the reservoir exploration.

    Efficiency in oil recovery can increase from 30% (no water injection) to 51% (with water

    injection).

    This technology is suitable for both on-shore and off-shore applications.

  • REGENERATIVE THERMAL OXIDIZER

    Regenerative Thermal Oxidation allows the destroy of VOCs with a high degree of thermal

    efficiency by using ceramic media to accumulate and release heat rapidly.

    The plant usually comprises three sections containing ceramic media but, according to the

    airflow to treat and the required abatement efficiency, we can propose solutions with 2

    sections, 2 sections + buffer tank or even 5 or more sections.
