The Addendum No.2 is issued to clarify the queries raised by one of the bidders which shall

form the part of tender documents:

1. Reply to the Clarifications :

(i) The estimated cost of Electrical Work of Hostel Building No. 19 is `5,40,626.00

as per General Abstract /BOQ. Detailed BOQ of the same is enclosed.

(ii) With reference to BOQ for External Electrification, item No.13 (N.S), Wattage for

“Street Lighting” may be taken as 45W.

(iii) With reference to BOQ for External Electrification item No.16 (N.S), existing item

is to be replaced with enclosed revised item description alongwith detailed BOM.

2. Please find enclosed the Additional List of Approved Brands for Electrical Items

approved by Govt. of Jharkhand.

All other terms & conditions shall remain unchanged.
