frames, Guntier introduces a revolutionary concept. It offers superior

quality doors and matching door frames as a single, factory finished

unit; progressing over the old labour oriented methods of finishing

doors and frames on site.

Guntier door sets comes as an integrated set, ready to install without

any on site finishing jobs, unlike the current method in which the door

frame is installed in brick construction change and suffers deformation

during construction.

DOOR AND FRAME ARE MADE OF

SAME WOOD AND FINISHING MATERIAL

Door Frame and Panel have matching look as the the complete set is manufactured

in-house. This isn't possible through traditional methods where the frame and panel

come from different vendors and are hand finished on site.

DOOR AND FRAME ARE MADE AS PER ACTUAL SIZES

The factory finished door and frame don't require resizing, unlike those made using

traditional methods as the door sets are made according to the client's exact

sizes. The product looks new for a lifetime as the factory finish lasts for a long time.

EVERYTHING IS FACTORY MADE (INCLUDING EDGE BANDING

AND POLISHING)

European machinery is used for edge banding and a dedicated polish line is used for

providing superior polished finish to the door sets in Melamine and PU polishes.

HIGHER VALUE AND LIFETIME PERFORMANCE

Cost for Guntier Door Sets is known upfront, unlike traditional methods where it is

disaggregated. Time and effort spent in buying wood and supervising on-site construction

ADVANTAGE OF ENGINEERED WOOD DOOR SETS

Doors have been traditionally manufactured by using real wood. This requires a lot of manual work from carpenters and also invests the t ime ofhome owners. Wood being a natural product requires a lot of maintainence and care.

Guntier brings these engineered wood door sets to overcome the shortcomings of sol id t imber doors yet give the rich feel of wood.

STRONGER AND WEATHER RESISTANT DOOR

1. 7 layer construction makes the door stronger and less prone to bending.

2. The door is covered from all 6 s ides, shielding the door against weather changes andwater penetration.

ENGINEERED FRAMES OVER ROUTED FRAMES

1. The hard wood core of the Engineered Frame makes it strong, stable and resistant tobending. Foam fixing prevents moisture penetration. These are also easy and quick to f ix.

2. Engineered Frames are polished/laminated to match the veneer/laminate on the door.

EASY INSTALLATION PROCESS

1. Doors are manufactured as per exact measurements and hence require no resizing.

2. Fixing is done using dash fasteners and expandable PU foam. The gap between door andwall is covered by an architrave.

BETTER PRODUCT LIFE

1. Total factory made and finishing means better quality and product l i fe .

2. The door is weather resistant unlike natural wood doors and hence requires minimalmaintenance.

DOOR FRAME

Door frame is made of waterproofplywood. The surface finishes are ofthe following 3 types:

1. Laminate2. Veneer3. Solid Wood

It consists of the following components:

1. CORE

• Made of waterproof plywood which is manufactured in

house.

• Prevents bending and bowing

2. SURFACE FINISHES

• Core is covered with 4mm Solid Wood at the face for solid

wood finish. Covered with 0.3mm veneer for veneer finish.

• Polished to match the veneer or wood pattern specified for

door panel.

• For solid High Pressure Laminate, frame also covered with

the same laminate at the face as on the door panel.

ARCHITRAVE

• Covers the gap between wall and door frame.• Available in standard sizes of 50mm*8mm and 50mm*6mm

and can be customized as per customer's requirements.• Accommodates variations in aperture size and slope in wall.• 2 sets of architrave (6 pieces) usually supplied with every door

frame.

DOOR SPECIFICATION

Many modern doors, including most interior doors, are flush doors; Flush Doors can be turned into Painted and Polished style, CNC Grooved, PVC Foiled, Laminated Doors, Veneer Doors, MDF Doors and designer Doors option with various combinations. We follow BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards)standards in all kinds of door making Other details are as follows:-

1.Stiles and rails:- As above, but usually smaller. They form the outside edges of the door.2.Core material:- Material within the door used simply to fill space, provide rigidity and reduce druminess.3.Calibrated Solid Particle Board:- This door infill material is made from extract of Solid Pine wood and Industry Grade Adhesives, theprocess is fully mechanized and proven in industry. The final product is solid (with no gaps or hollow structure) and doesn't warp (dabak)as per changing temperature zones in India. Can be used across any temperature zones across India.4.Hollow-core:- Often consists of a lattice or honeycomb made of corrugated cardboard, or thin wooden slats. Can also be built withstaggered wooden blocks. Hollow-core flush doors are commonly used as interior doors.5.Lock block:- A solid block of wood mounted within a hollow-core flush door near the bolt to provide a solid and stable location formounting the door's hardware.6.Stave-cor6.Stave-core:Consists of wooden slats stacked upon one another in a manner similar to a plank & batten door (though the slats areusuallusually thinner) or the wooden-block hollow-core (except that the space is entirely filled).7.Solid-core:- Can consist of low-density particle board or foam used to completely fill the space within the door. Solid-core flush doors(especially foam-core ones) are commonly used as exterior doors because they provide more insulation and strength.8.Skin:- The front and back faces of the door are then covered with wood veneer, thin plywood, sheet metal, fiberglass, or vinyl. Thewooden materials are usually layered with the grain alternating direction between layers to prevent warping. Fiberglass and metal-faceddoors are sometimes given a layer of cellulose so that they may be stained to look like real wood.Thickness available:- 30mm, 35mm and above (tolerations as per BIS Standards)

INSTALLATION• Installation to be done only when all work involving

water and moisture is completed i.e. at the finalstage of construction.

• Guntier doors are as per exact sizes of the wallcavity. Hence all flooring and plastering must becompleted before taking sizes.
