ECO POINT KOŠICE
ENGIE Slovakia made study to
analyze the current state of the
project of the construction of
administrative center and also to
find the causes, which could
potentially lead to increased
operating costs. The analysis
covered wide variety of areas
ranging from energy supply, through
property management, cleaning to
garbage collection.

COMMUNITY MALACKY
ENGIE Slovakia delivered EPC
project to reduce the energy
consumption of heat-technical
equipment and buildings owned by
the city - sports hall, municipal social
service center and cinema. Within the
realization ENGIE used the most
advanced construction technologies
with focus on long life cycle, efficient
and reliable operation of various
equipment to achieve the highest
savings in energy consumption.

Realization: 2014
PUBLIC LIGHTING ČADCA
Reconstruction of public lighting in
city of Čadca which will be financed
through energy cost savings. The
contract includes reconstruction of
the public lighting system together
with ensuring the operation,
maintenance and supply of electricity.
Cooperation will last 15 years and the
city will reach savings up to 70% of
previous energy costs. New lighting
will be implemented through 2250
LED lights.
