Future programmes:inventory of flushing controls to be undertaken to inform installation programme waterless urinals (pilot project)installation of flush cistern/restrictors investigating availability of grant fundingevaluating potential to install smart meters

Energy – Meter Readings Collecting accurate data to ensure that

continuous improvement can be measured System to capture energy spend and usage in

place Readings are taken monthly then passed to SCC SCC software used to produce reports Reports form benchmark data to evidence

consumption and inform the budget process Programme in place for the installation of

automatic meter readers on all gas meters CRC registration complete for half hourly

electricity sites
