implement and support all Capital Project Management Systems, and manage the Work Management Applica-tion for Capital Projects from creation to completion.

• Responsible for all facets ofthe Generation Capital bud-get including, but not limitedto: developing, analyzing,forecasting and tracking cashflows and developing andmaintaining required report-ing; coordinating and main-taining Hyperion Capital Es-timate Database; inputtingCapital Budget estimates asprovided by Laramie RiverStation (LRS) andSpringerville (SGS) and ad-justing cash flows andmonthly costs as needed;tracking Yampa ProjectBoard Approved CapitalBudgets; and providing sup-port to Financial Planningand Analytics (FP&A) de-partment with all inquiries.

• Develop project cost esti-mates, and create, maintainand implement associatedestimating tools, includingutilizing appropriate soft-ware applications and creat-ing reports for ProductionAsset projects.

• Coordinate budget processwith all appropriate man-agers across the Generationfleet.

• Prepare and submit requiredreports and create other re-ports and provide analysis as

requested.

• Provide direction toAccounting Departmentfor any issues related topayments, invoicing,and administration ofCapital Projects andmanage monthly costsfor Capital project ac-tivities for LRS andSGS, providing appro-priate Work Order in-formation to Account-ing.

• Initiate and monitorappropriate cost ac-counting, invoicing andclose-out of Projectsincluding PropertyRecords Units (PRU's)and retirements.

• Evaluate, create andmaintain the QuarterlyCapital Variance Re-ports and maintainrecords for SEC com-pliance.

• Plan, develop, and pro-vide training for Gener-ation Capital projectsand Generation AssetsO&M end users, andCT group, for Hyperi-on, Asset Suite, OBIEEand other essential fi-nancial software pro-grams and tools. De-velop, document andmaintain procedures foruse of databases, toolsand reports to facilitatedissemination and useof accurate, qualitycontrolled Generation

data.

• Provide administrationand oversight for Com-bined Cycle and SimpleCycle Inventory. Over-see cycle count activi-ties. Perform requiredadjustments and trackobsolete inventory forauditing. Perform asrequested analysis onusage statistics.

• Manage cycle countprocess including, gen-erating cycle count listsfor CTs and JM Shafer;performing Annual Cy-cle Count Audit for100% compliance at allGeneration Facilities aswell as ColoWyo andNew Horizon Mines;documenting discrepan-cies and work with fa-cility personnel to doc-ument mitigation plans;perform quarterly CycleCount Audits for costand quantity adjust-ments; and maintain allrequired SEC documen-tation.

• Participate in teams in-volved with document-ing, standardizing andsharing improvementsacross the Tri-State or-ganization.

• Facilitate use of indi-vidual and groupprocess improvementand problem solvingmethodologies utilizingquality improvement

Position #5: PJM FundamentalsManagerPosition develops and identifies fundamental drivers for the PJM power market that are used by traders (commercial decision-mak-ing and trade ideas) and corporate (strategy, capital projects, M&A). Responsibilities include preparing fundamental research and building supply and demand models (day-ahead out 5 years); tracking market rule changes, infrastructure changes and near-term demand and fuel prices; providing a forward view on generation, transmission, load and impact to power prices and heat rates; providing short-term power price forecasts and market drivers; developing stack models; identifying market inefficiencies, price opportunities and strategies for the traders; undertaking capacity market fundamentals to support bidding activity; and developing trader tools. Required: bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (ad-vanced degree is a plus); 5+ years’ professional experience with the North American power markets in a power trading commercial environ-ment; experience analyzing the

Cash and Term power mar-kets; strong modeling/pro-gramming skills; an under-standing of North American power supply/demand and in-frastructure fundamentals; proven ability to build analyti-cal trading tools; and ability to think commercially with strong communication skills. The candidate must have market knowledge in PJM; and expe-rience with PSO, PROMOD, Aurora, GE-MAPS, or similar.

Position #6: TransmissionTrading AnalystPosition provides analytical support for the nodal and ICE/OTC power traders across all the US ISOs. Responsibilities include running production cost models / power flow mod-els; providing transmission and congestion research; forecast-ing nodal power prices; and identifying trade strategies for the FTR / CRR auctions. Re-quired: Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering (power systems focus) with 1-5 years’ experience in transmission planning, power engineering or congestion analysis at a utility, IPP, power trading firm, power research firm or ISO; expert knowledge in the market rules of one or more of the following regions (PJM, NYISO, ISO-NE, MISO, CaISO, ERCOT or SPP) with a strong preference for PJM or ERCOT experi-ence; power fundamental modeling skills; and experi-ence using UPLAN, Power-World, Dayzer, PROMOD or PSSE. Position #7: FTR Quant Trad-ing StrategistPosition uses financial engi-neering techniques with exist-ing fundamental analytics to drive trading strategy and commercial decisions for a power/FTR trading team. The team trades in the nodal and ICE/OTC power markets across PJM, MISO, ERCOT and SPP.  Responsibilities are to identify trade signals in the fundamental and historical power data (price patterns, generation, congestion, load) using statistical analysis (time series, regression and machine learning techniques) and port-folio construction and optimiza-tion skills. Required: an ad-vanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative field (financial engineering, math, statistics, etc.); and 2+ years of front-office quantitative experi-ence in a trading environment (financial or energy markets) with a focus on working with Big Data and trading signal generation.

Position #8: Data Scientist(Natural Language Process-ing)Position will build Natural Lan-guage Processing (NLP) capa-bilities to analyze unstructured data sets which can be de-ployed globally as tools to all trading desks. These capabili-ties will be used to identify trade signals and drive trading strategy and commercial deci-sions. Key responsibilities in-clude developing, testing and implementing new tools to be used by the trading team; ex-tracting, analyzing and manag-ing Big Data from multiple in-ternal and external sources;
