b) Improving energy efficiency in oil exploration and production,

c) Improving energy efficiency in oil refining,

d) Replacement and reconstruction of hot water and drainage

networks,

e) Measures related to running power plant operation and short-

term and long-term development of the transmission network,

f) Decrease of losses in the distribution grid,

g) Improving efficiency by reducing own consumption in hydro

power plants (HE), thermoelectric power plants (TE) and

thermoelectric power plants (TE-TOs),

h) Improvement of efficiency through the revitalization of existing

hydro power plants,

i) Program "Reduction of specific heat consumption of turbine 210

MW TE PLOMIN"

Installation of new measuring systems for temperature and

energy losses

EE IN INDUSTRY - MEASURES

Compulsory parts of the Final report on conducted energy audit of

large companies

• Analysis of the existing state of the building and all the energy

systems of a large companies,

• Analysis of transport if the company uses 50 or more registered

vehicles or if the power of is greater than 3000 kW,

• Energy and energy consumption analysis and analysis of

energy efficiency,

• Flow diagram of energy, water and waste tretmant,

• Report on conducted measurements,

• Analysis of the possibility of connection to the distribution

network of the central and closed thermal system and the

centralized cooling system,

• Conclusion with recommendations of measures to increase

energy efficiency

Disadvantages of the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan

with regard to energy efficiency in industry

1. Plan represents static instead of a dynamic approach to

energy efficiency

2. Plan promotes savings instead of energy efficiency

processes

3. Insufficiently promotes industrial development towards the

low-carbon economy

4. There are no goals and incentives for the development of

new products and processes that contribute to energy

efficiency and environmental protection

5. Energy efficiency in construction is superior to industry,

although long term results will be achieved through new

industrial materials, products and processes

NATIONAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY ACTION PLAN
