La Direttiva 2012/27/UE 25 ottobre 2012 richiede:
• Strategia a lungo termine per la ristrutturazione di edifici
• Riqualificare ogni anno il 3% sup. riscaldata edifici Statali
– Dal 2014 edifici con sup. > 500m2
– Da luglio 2015 edifici con sup. > 250m2
• Regimi obbligatori di efficienza energetica
– 1,5% di risparmio annuale di energia venduta all’utente finale
La Direttiva richiede:
• Audit energetici e sistemi di gestione dell’energia
– Per le grandi imprese Audit obbligatori dal 5 dicembre 2015
– Incentivi per le PMI per effettuazione di audit e attuazione dei risultati
• Misurazione dell’energia
– Misurazioni e fatturazioni più accurate e frequenti
