NINE YEARS LIVING THE DREAM

r eady t o dr op in

Anxious. Nervous. Excited. Hyped. Amped. Nauseous. Fidgety. Standing, ready to drop in, arms in the air as the universal signal for OK, freezing cold, sweating, heart racing. Waiting for the moment where commitment is everything. Years of visualization and believing it’s possible come down to this drop in. We’re dropping in on our ninth collection of snowboards. We believe, we visualize, we love, and we bring you ninety four pages of our dream.

Always Endeavor.

In 2001 Max Jenke had a dream to make snowboards and he asked Scott Serfas, Rob Dow and a crew of friends to join that dream. A plan was hatched and the voyage began.

Nine years later the dream continues and the plan hasn’t changed. The trip has included riding all types of mountains, missing flights and sleep, the wins, the loses, but most of all the fun in bringing snowboarders snowboards.

03 A BRIEF HISTORYAbout

Reverse Camber - Endeavor’s Reverse Camber is a subtle concave or arcing profile that curves upward. The idea is to reduce pressure on the contact points of the board and make it a looser, more fun ride.

Sintered 7500 Base - The fastest base with high wax absorption, vibrant sublimated graphics, and superior durability.

Directional Shape - This is your classic shape for all mountain riding. This board has a longer nose to help you ride in any condition.

Twin Shape - A symmetrical shape will help you balance when riding switch or regular. There is no park, jib or snow conditions that these shapes can not handle.

Taper - The 3mm taper helps to sink the tail of the board while lifting the nose in deep snow. This allows the board to float effortlessly and eliminates the need for the rider to lean-back in powder, which prevents leg fatigue.

T E C H N I C A L S P E C I F I C AT I O N S

Camber - Tried, tested and true performance, these boards come with convex rise from its contact points. A rider’s edge hold and pop derive from the pressure exerted and expelled when camber is flexed under a rider’s weight.

Zero Camber with Wings - Zero Camber with Wings has the best of both worlds. With no pressure on the contact points due to the Wings, this board feels “loose” and “catch free” like a traditional reverse camber. However, it remains relatively more “stable” and “predictable” like regular camber boards.

INSERTSFLAT KICK NOSEFLAT KICK TAIL

INSERTS

CAMBER AREA

Camber with Flat Kicks - Increasing the benefits of the cambered board, the camber with Flat Kick (found on the High5 Series) rides like a longer snowboard for the size. Because of the quick radius to flat on the nose and tail, the effective edge runs further than a traditional snowboard. This means you can drop 2cm in length and still have the same control.

01 SHAPETech Spec

Extruded 1300 Base - This base material is easy to repair and comes with a fast factory wax. Great for printing and requires very little maintenance.

03 BASE MATERIALTech Spec

Biax Fiberglass - Lightweight but very durable and torsionally forgiving, ideal for jibbers and park riders wanting a mellow flex.

Triaxial Fiberglass - This fiberglass helps with overall strength, weight, and torsional flex, ideal for all conditions.

Basalt Fiberglass - An eco-alternative, Basalt is a premium aerospace material made from molten basalt and declassified by the military in 1995. Unparalleled strength-to-weight ratio gives our premium freestyle boards an edge.

02 FIBERGLASSTech Spec

Poplar Wood Core - Tried, tested, and proven to be the most responsive wood core species, Poplar Cores have excellent flex, memory, and strength.

05 WOOD CORESTech Spec

Poplar Lite Wood Core - A higher grade poplar than the basic poplar wood core, the Poplar Lite Core boasts a 10% reduction in weight, making your deck that much lighter under your feet.

Negative Core Profile - The best riding core profile chosen by the pros. Slightly profiled between your feet at the center of the board to eliminate weight and allow the board to flex more naturally and freely.

Carbon Stringers - Carbon is used to stiffen the board in specific locations without adding any additional weight. It also drastically increases the performance of the board by making it more responsive by adding memory and “POP”.

Rubber - Not all vibrations are bad. Some vibrations add life and feel to a board, while other vibrations can cause things like chatter in icy conditions. Our rubber is strategically placed to eliminate those nasty high-frequency vibrations while increasing the overall bond of the materials.

Bamboo Topsheet - One of the most renewable, sustainable grown materials out there. Bamboo was great choice to help make a stiffer board without the use of more fiberglass and carbon.

06 ENHANCERSTech Spec

Wings - Exclusive to the BOD Series, the Wings raise the contact points 3mm off the base, creating a ride similar to a reverse camber but with the benefits of a cambered board.

Mid Wide - More generous in waist width than a regular board but not as hefty as a wide board, the mid wide eliminates toe and heel drag for those rocking size US 10 to 10.5 mens boots.

Wide Board - Designed for the big boys blessed with big feet. The generous waist width accommodates big boots and provides more stability and fun for the rider.

04 STANDARD FEATURESTech Spec

Factory Waxed - Every snowboard is waxed with our high grade Italian made wax to ensure you’ll be the fastest one down the hill.

Factory Tuned - Every snowboard is detuned to prevent topsheet chipping and razor sharp edges, providing the best out-of-bag ride.

One Year Warranty- Our standard warranty covers all manufacturing defects. Endeavor boasts a less than 1% warranty return rate which means chances are, you’re not going to have a problem with your board.

THE BOYFRIEND SERIESS h o r t y s e r i e s

The snowboard of choice for the mini rippers. Forgiving flex, directional shape, and cambered profile for responsiveness make the Shorty Series the perfect starting place to grow into a pro rider! Screen printed impact resistant sidewalls enhance the durability against nasty rocks and jibs while the extruded base is ideal when it comes to filling in any scrapes. Biax glass combined with rubber around the perimeter of the deck keep the Shorty Series mellow on torsion and nice and damp while turning.

The board I created for Endeavor represents my crazy world - a world full of color and funny elements, who are living together without logic or sense. But behind the first read, which could appear as naive and childish, there’s always a second read, one darker and more critical. So if you have kept your child soul alive somewhere, and want it to be seen when you’re riding, these boards are for you! - XLR8

The Boyfriend Series is the ultimate park and freestyle board. Its’ true twin shape and soft flex allow for the beginner grom and the rock solid ripper to enjoy its’ ride. Torsionally soft, the Boyfriend still stays under your feet when stepping to those massive park jumps, while the low profile nose and tail are perfect for jibbing in the park or in the streets. For the backcountry rider, the 148 reverse camber allows for a smooth, freestyle ride, playing on those natural hits whether riding switch or regular.

As cliche as it may be, the Diamond really is a girl’s best friend. The directional freestyle shape and flex pattern help to make this board the obvious choice for slaying through pow, bombing down groomers and keeping up with the boys. With a poplar wood core and numerous carbon stringers, this board allows for a mile high pop and an aggressive ride through any type of terrain. Unbelievably responsive, the Diamond easily lets you complete those quick turns and escape any challenge the mountain may present. It really is the gem amongst the stones.

The Diamond board has a graphic with a dark theme but with a girlie twist. The main graphic is a photo collage with a lace pattern on the tip and tail, inspired by fairy tales, horror stories, and murder mysteries. The base is a combination of typography mixed with twisted and whimsical silhouettes inspired by high fashion. My beautiful dark twisted girlie fantasy - Vince Chan

The Guerilla has a great medium flex and it’s a directional shape. This board is forgiving and you can still really charge with it because of the carbon stringer and flex. The Guerilla is perfect for the weekend warrior that wants to go rip and ride the whole mountain all day.

The idea behind the whole series was pretty simple: to pay a hommage to all kinds of horror movies and their leading role - scary characters, especially “C” class horror movies. So after giving it some thought I came up with some fictional titles and the movie’s main monsters. That’s pretty much how these came to be. As for the technique, these are all made in vectors and later colored and mastered in Adobe Photoshop. - Gabz

Straight out of the plastic, this board rails hard. The torsional stiffness and nice even radius holds it down in the chop and has good pop for some quick action airtime. It’s nice to get on a brand new board and not have to train your legs for new gear.

Being bamboo, we wanted to approach the NEXT graphic like it was old crate that had fallen off the back of the bootleggers truck a few times. The aesthetic speaks to a style of vintage western labeling you’d find on anything from a bottle of whiskey to a crate of embalming fluid. Once the foundation of the graphic was down, we wanted to use the focal point to give each size something unique. Playing cards have always had an ornate and strong design to them so it was a great opportunity to apply different suits to the different sizes. The final touch was finding slogans that embodied both the card suit and Endeavor Snowboards. - Rory Doyle

The High5 is a premium freestyle board. It has a medium flex for riding hard in the powder, but can also get jibby in the park. It charges through pow with it’s skate style Flat Kick on the tip and tail. The Flat Kick also allows for a longer effective edge, enabling the rider to go down 2cm from what they usually ride. It has mad pop for jumping and good side cut, making it responsive for nice carves and free riding. It’s the all mountain go to board that is a must have! Plus being a mid wide, it eliminates toe and heel drag.

We could tell you...but then you would have to be destroyed by us - the theme for the 2012 High5 Series. Based on black military operations, the boards represent symbols derived from military patches that may or may not exist in reality. The top part of the graphic relate to elements from the patches while the tail section is a mash up of aircraft developed or theoretical from the black operations. - Derek Stenning

The theory behind the all new Board of Directors is to have the best of both camber and reverse camber in one board. Keep the high performance pop and responsiveness of a cambered deck but also have the forgivingess of a reverse camber to make the ultimate ride. We’ve done this by making it zero camber and raising the contact points with our new “WING” technology. Combine that with a tip to tail carbon stringer and a carbon V in the tail, flat kick nose and tail, and a nice sidecut and you have the next level in freestyle snowboards.

From the Eager Beavers of Canada to the Love Bombs of the United Kingdom, this season’s B.O.D. was inspired by the classic bombers from WW2. The art is equipped with an aluminum panel base and overlaid with various stencils of tech specs, personal jargon, and then rounded off with a nose graphic that uniquely brands each model. Both technically and aesthetically, the B.O.D. series is literally out to destroy. - Rory Doyle

Poplar Lite Wood Core - A higher grade poplar than the basic poplar wood core, the Poplar Lite Core boasts a 10% reduction in weight, making your deck that much lighter under your feet.

Twin Shape - A symmetrical shape will help you balance when riding switch or regular. There is no park, jib or snow conditions that these shapes can not handle.

Basalt Fiberglass - An eco-alternative, Basalt is a premium aerospace material made from molten basalt and declassified by the military in 1995. Unparalleled strength-to-weight ratio gives our premium freestyle boards an edge.

Torgeir Berre is featured here and on the cover of our catalogue. In August 2010, Torgeir suffered a severe back injury while filming for Process Films new feature, A Shot in the Dark, in New Zealand. He is currently in hospital in Norway undergoing rehabilitation. Our thoughts are

with him as he continues his journey.

Always Endeavor.
