PT Tripolyta Indonesia Tbk is an Petrochemical company that produces Polypropylene with Unipol Gas Phase Technology Reactor, Product Discharge System, Vent Recovery System (Vent recovery multi stage reciprocating Compressor, N2 surge tank, after cooler condenser, interchanger, degassing pot, and distillation column), and use TDCS 3000 DCS control system

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:

Since march 2007 until at present, I have been working at PT. TRIPOLYTA INDONESIA Tbk, Unipol Polypropylene Process as Senior operator Which consist of VENT RECOVERY UNIT (Consist of Vent Recovery Compressor with Reciprocating Multi stage Compressor, Refrigeration system and Column Distillation), UNIPOL GAS PHASE REACTOR (Centrifugal Compressor, Heat exchangher and lube oil system), KOBE PELLETIZER (Resin degassing system, Additive system, Pelletizing system and Product storage/ silo), That operating by YAMATAKE HONEYWELL TDCS 3000 to control Process area including Utilities condition which consist of Monomer Purification, Boiler, Nitrogen Unit, Hidrogen Unit, Air Compressor Unit, Demin Water and cooling water system.

( Presently overseeing the operator of Polypropylene plant.

( Wrote start up and standard operation procedure for Unipol process

( Qualified in all process area

( Familiar with PLC inter logic system and trouble system.

VENT RECOVERY SYSTEM

The vent recovery is designed to recover monomers, The first nitrogen and ethane is rejected to prevent accumulation in the reaction system. The second, monomers rich stream are recycled back to the reaction area and the third, propane is also rejected to prevent propane accumulation.

The Column distillation to remove light gas such as Co; Co2; H2S From The Monomer.

( Propylene dryer Unit.

Designed to remove moisture and hydrate by physical adsorption use a molecular sieves Zeolit, need to regen use hot Nitrogen.

( Sulfur removal unit.

Designed to remove Carbonyl sulfide by Chemist adsorption, Use an Alumina activated and should be rechangeable after ten years.

( Arsine removal unit.

( Methyl, Acetylene, and Propadien remover unit.

Designed for remove MAP by reacted with the high temperature gas hydrogen and use zinc oxide as a catalyst.
