ENCORE ONLINE ROADMAP

1. In Google Chrome or Firefox browser, type piercecollege.edu.

2. At Pierce College window, go to top right corner of screen, click SIS Portal.

3. At sign in window, type in Student ID, Password, then click Sign In.

4. At Student homepage window, click on Canvas.

5. At Dashboard window, you will see a long message titled “Hello Spring 2020 New Online Students.”

On left side, where there is a list of icons under the Bull sign, click on Courses (the icon that looks like a book, right under Dashboard).

6. At Courses window, click on your class (check title and number).

7. At your class window, under Home, from the list of links in red, click on ConferZoom (11th link down)

8. Wait PATIENTLY for “Continue” to appear, then click on it.

9. At Upcoming Events, wait for your class name and start time to appear. When they do, verify Class title, time and date of meeting (blue color). Click on that link.

Then click on Join.

10. At the prompt “Open this page in Zoom?”, click on Open.

(different computers will have different prompts. Click on YES to all prompts, or to any acquiescing prompts.)

11. Click on Join with Video.

12. Click on Calling using Internet Audio.
