Spares indicated above are minimum requirement. Any additional items required during the

warranty and AMC period, the same shall be maintained at site by TAS vendors. The spares

shall be sited/ delivered at each site before the start of stabilization of each site. The spares

shall be replaced as and when it is consumed. The unused spares shall be replaced with fresh

stock of the unused spares every 2 years during warranty and AMC period. The entire list of

spares mentioned above shall be finally handed over to the location after CAMC period.

Additional quantity may be kept at the terminal by the Vendor based on OEM

recommendation. Tenderer to specifically indicate the spares / items which are not applicable

to the equipments offered by then in technical bid document.
