BASIC SPECIFICATIONS ● Landscape, 129mm Width x 94 mm Height ● 3 mm bleed ● CMYK colour profile in 2 colours
- white and yellow artwork without an opaque background recommended for use with clear stickers applied to window panes and glass.
● 2 file formats both with CMYK working colour space appropriate for printing: - PDF - print-ready PDF (includes trim/crop and bleed marks ready for printers). - EPS - contains vector artwork (some printers prefer this file format for print jobs) and is recommended
to use if inserting company logo before going to print.* Please note artwork has not been designed with an underlying white ink layer.MATERIALSAsk for the stickers to be made with the following requirements:
Permanent AdhesiveStickers can be made with static-cling (non-adhesive), but translucent material is typically only available with a permanent adhesive and ensures durability.
Clear/Translucent Waterproof Vinyl MaterialRequest material as close as possible to a permanent clear solvent-based acrylic with UV inhibitors that is durable and resistant to elements and weathering, such as mineral oils, fuels, solvents, mild acids, salt and alkali.* Please note that some chemicals will inevitably effect the inks printed on the sticker.
Matt FinishI.e. non-gloss. This reduces shine and keeps the sticker clear and legible to read.
Reverse PrintThe clear cab stickers are designed to be stuck on the inside of a vehicle window, facing out. It is recommended you request reverse-print for this print job.* Please note, for best results, place sticker on clear (untinted) windows. If these transparent labels are stuck onto a dark surface, the print will be less visible.
PROCESSProvide the printers with the print-ready PDF which includes trim/crop and bleed marks. Or you can provide the EPS vector file, which the printers can use to finalise the print settings.The printers will then send you back a digital proof. This allows you to check the artwork before printing your stickers. Stickers will not be printed until you have ‘signed off’ this digital proof.
COMPANY LOGOSpace has been provided on the cab sticker design, as indicated in red (right), to insert a company logo. Do this in the EPS file version provided before forwarding to the printers.A white mono colour logo version is recommended. Be aware that a colour logo can be used, but may incur extra costs of a full colour print job.

Standard PrintThe opaque cab stickers are designed to be stuck on to dashboards or mudguards and are not suitable for reverse-print. The adhesive can be applied to the back of the sticker.
