WebbrowsersrunningonaPCmaybeofanyconfigurationprovidingtheyarerunningTCP/IPnetworkingprotocol,haveanEthernetconnection,InternetExplorerv6.0orgreater,andaSUNJAVAruntimeenvironmentv1.4orgreaterinstalled.ClientsrunningonPDAsrequireWindowsCE4,andclientsrunningonsmartphonesrequireWindowsMobile2003SecondEditionanddonotsupportgraphsandrighttoleftlanguages.
Note that IQ3 has not been tested with all devices and Trend cannot guarantee a particular device’s compatibility.

Ifyoudonotlogin,youwillbegiventhestatusofeither‘SystemGuest’,or‘Guest’andthepasswordlevelthatmaybeoneof:
Password Level Description 100 Assignedifnousersaresetupwhichgivestotalaccess.-1 Assignedifusersaresetup,andthereisnousercalledguestthatallowsthemoduledetailsand
parameterstobeviewedbutnotadjusted.Configurable Ifausernamedguesthasbeenconfigured,thepasswordlevelassociatedwiththatuserisused.

IfitisenabledtheIQ3controller’ssecuritywillpreventunauthorisedusersviewing,andchanginginformationthattheyarenotauthorisedtouse.Thismeansthatwhenyouaccessthecontrollerfromawebbrowseryoushouldloginsothatyouseealltheinformationthatyouneed.
Theusernameandpasswordshouldbeentered.Thismustcorrespondtothosesetupinoneofthecontroller’susermodules.Theusermodulewilldefinethepasswordlevel(i.e.whatcanbechanged),andthehomepageforthatuser.Ifthehomepageissetup,itwillbedisplayedoncetheuserisloggedin.
