ThiswarrantyislimitedtoproductsmanufacturedbyHansgrohe,Inc.(“Hansgrohe”)thatarepurchasedbyaconsumerintheUnitedStatesorCanadaafterMarch1,1996,and installed ineither theUnitedStatesorinCanada.

WHO IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

This limited warranty extends to the original purchaser only. Thiswarrantyisnon-transferable.Hansgroheneitherassumesnorauthorizesanypersontocreateforitanyotherobligationorliabilityinconnectionwiththisproduct.

LENGTH OF WARRANTY

Ifyouareaconsumerwhopurchasedtheproduct foruseprimarilyfor personal, family or household purposes, this limited warrantystartson thedateofpurchaseandextends foras longasyouowntheproductandthehomeinwhichtheproductisoriginallyinstalled.Ifyoupurchasedtheproductforuseprimarilyforanyotherpurpose,including,withoutlimitation,acommercialpurpose,thislimitedwarrantystartsonthedateofpurchaseandextends(i)for1year,withrespecttoHansgroheandCommercialproducts,and(ii)for5years,withrespecttoAxorproducts.TheRubbedBronzefinishissubjecttoa3-yearlimitedwarrantystartingonthedateofpurchase.

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

This limited warranty covers only your Hansgrohe manufacturedproduct.Hansgrohewarrantsthisproductagainstdefectsinmaterialorworkmanshipasfollows:

Hansgrohewill replaceatnocharge forpartsonlyor,at itsoption,replaceanyproductorpartoftheproductthatprovesdefectivebecauseofimproperworkmanshipand/ormaterial,under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. IfHansgroheisunable toprovideareplacementandrepair isnotpracticalorcannotbemadeintimelyfashion,Hansgrohemay elect to refund the purchaseprice in exchange for thereturn of the product. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (OR, INLIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES, REFUND OF THE PURCHASEPRICE)ASPROVIDEDUNDERTHISLIMITEDWARRANTYISTHEEXCLUSIVEREMEDYOFTHEPURCHASER.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY

A. Conditions,malfunctionsordamagenotresultingfromdefectsinmaterialorworkmanship.

B. Conditions,malfunctionsordamageresultingfrom(1)normalwearand tear, improper installation, impropermaintenance,misuse,abuse,negligence,accidentoralteration;(2)theuseofabrasiveorcausticcleaningagentsor“no-rinse”cleaningproducts,ortheuseoftheproductinanymannercontrarytotheproductinstructions;or(3)conditionsinthehomesuchas

excessivewaterpressureorcorrosion.C. Labor and other expenses for disconnection, deinstallation,

or return of the product for warranty service (including butnot limited to proper packaging and shipping costs), or forinstallationorreinstallationoftheproduct.

D. Accessories, connected materials and products, or relatedproductsnotmanufacturedbyHansgrohe.

E. AnyHansgroheorAxorproductsoldfordisplaypurposes.

HANSGROHE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Someprovincesandsomestatesdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationof incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation orexclusionmaynotapplytoyou.
