We will call you to carry out an initial HR telephone audit or ‘health-check’ to assess your HR policies and procedures. We discuss our findings with you and, with your agreement, develop a suite of customised documentation that meets the exact needs of your company, including employment contracts (full-time, flexible / zero-rated and self-employed) and staff handbooks. Vitally, we ensure that you have the right policies and procedures in place to protect your business in the event of a dispute or tribunal (such as when dealing with absence, disciplinary and grievance procedures, dismissals, redundancies, underperformance, etc.).

Another valuable feature of the THSP Tribe is that it allows employees to complete their timesheets online. Once approved it will automatically calculate wages, which is of particular benefit if you employ staff on flexible contracts.

To help you manage your workforce more effectively, the system will also issue automatic warnings and reminders – alerting you to absence, lateness, holiday entitlement, appraisals and training.

Encrypted security

For your security THSP Tribe automatically records and stores all changes and updates so that you are able to access a full audit trail. This is vital in the event of a dispute or tribunal.
