Further Plan For Verification, Placement

• Verification(3 Month): October 9-12 (Between Dashain & Tihar) for PTP.

• Verification(6 Month): December 10-14 for both component MEJC & PTP.

Actual Date will be Determined after consultation With EFS

Problem & Challenges

•Lack of communication and week access of FM and news paper in remote area.•Over age people were also interested in skill training.

Pre Training

• Scarcity of electricity.• Per day Rs. 200 facility cost is not enough.• NSTB skill test fee was different for different

institution for same trade in same place.

During Training

• High interest rate from money lender for establishment of enterprise in Achham and Bajhang.

Post Training

Suggestion To EFS

1. Real estimation of the cost should be worked-out and agreed before the training held in remote district

2. Criteria should be revised on age and it should be between 16-45 years both male and female. Most of the above 40 years of male interested in skill training.
