EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION SURVEY- 2009 Dear Employee, As part of Tata Steel’s continuous efforts to build a great workplace with highly motivated employees, we need to gauge the motivational levels of our employees from time to time. We have engaged some students from Management Institutes to carry out an unbiased and impartial employee motivational survey. We must realize that building a positive, nurturing and productive workplace has to be an ongoing eff ort - an eff ort that inv olv es eve ryone in the organi zat ion. Thi s que sti onnair e covers various issues that are relevant to your association with Tata Steel, some of which require management intervention and some of which rel ate directly to your workgroup. We would like to use the inputs to develop action plans for increasing the motivational levels of our employees. Responses given by you in this questionnaire will be kept completely confidential.
