The above programme is very much beneficial for the stakeholders of having lower qualifications and have no employment opportunity. This is also helpful for them those who have taken technical training but no practical hands on training exposure as per the present industrial scenario. This training programme is not only focusing wage employment but also self employment generation in the field of plastics & allied industries. By this type of training programme CIPET is also targeting of the school dropouts, economically weaker sections, minority community where there is not much scope to provide them technical training by spending huge amount. CIPET hence join hands with PSUs, Maharatna Company like SAIL through Bokaro Steel Plant to more focus in the above training through CSR training programme.
