straight from undergrad, has recently

completed an internship, and is now

looking for an avenue to utilize her

skills to the maximum after college.

6. Does not make an effort to use her foreign status to her advantage.

7. Does not see the importance of meeting a career counselor.

8. Focusses more on the knowledge already gained instead of having an

appetite to learn on the job and hit the ground running.

9. Focusses more on one-dimensional success as opposed to overall

personality.

3. The interviews should be one-dimensional and focus only on academics and prior

work experience.

industries, and tells her which companies come to campus and which

do not.

resources at their disposal.

Problem Statement & Insight

Mia needs to find a way to leverage all the

skills and knowledge she has gained in school

to contribute meaningfully to the society.

The only way she believes she can do this is

by limiting her options to the positions listed

on a single career website and fitting her

skills and personality to the job requisites.
