Personnel

Defensive Ends – Aggressive high motor kids who may have been LB’s but were a little slow or stiff. If you have one bigger or stronger you can play TE/SE side. If their equal just play left and right.

Defensive Tackles – Bigger and stronger kids that can handle double teams. The 3 technique should be the playmaker and the 1 technique a plugger. If their equal again just play left and right.

Inside Linebackers – These are your typical linebackers strong and physical. If their equal you can play them left and right. If one is bigger and more of a plugger he should be your B gap player.

Outside Linebackers/Strong Safeties – Both positions should be filled by strong safety type players. You can get away with the strong-side guy being a little bigger and more of a linebacker. The weak-side guy needs to be intelligent.

Corners – Good space players. Good ball skills.

Free Safety – Intelligent and a great tackler. Best Player.
