Statement

When I first got the assignment for this piece I began by finding a good reference photo,

after finding a clear and HD photo, I then pulled out my iPad Pro and Apple Pencil. Just like all

my other drawings, I make my reference photo black and white then put grids down to help me

keep everything in line. I then placed grids onto the canvas on my iPad. Using the program

Autodesk SketchBook, I then began to draw a soft outline of the image and worked my way up

to the final image by using multiple layers and using strong line work. I feel that my

Mandalorian piece is very strong and that the main figure is proportionally correct. Although the

piece is very strong, after exploring and beginning to design my own pages, I wish I would have

added some sort of color and/or texture to the piece.
