ACTIVITY:

Production of Victoria Parks Underage FestivalEar to the Ground case study Underage Festival

Challenge:To produce Europe’s only U18 music event and provide a safe, live festival experience for 7000 unaccompanied 13-18 olds that they would remember forever.

Response:For two years Ear to the Ground has employed its specialist insight into youth markets by producing this unique multi stage all day event for teenagers. The festival

performers necessitating a dry site (no alcohol). This type of audience poses unique challenges and ‘duty of care’ issues with the agency working closely with police and the local authority to ensure the event runs smoothly.
