GENERAL INFORMATION

Welcome RemarksThe organizers are inviting all guests to attend the Conference Welcome Remarks which is to be held on Friday, 21st February 2020 at 09:15 – 09:30 in Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi Conference Centre Ballroom, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

RegistrationRegistration desks for name badge collection and on-site registration are located on the foyer and will be open from 08:30 to 17:00 on the day of the conference.

BadgesName badges must always be visible and worn while attending the conference. Delegates must scan their badges before and after every session in order to claim maximum CME Credits.

Conference CME CreditsThe Certificate of Attendance will be available online after the event. The evaluation form will be sent to your registered email ID after the conference. Delegates may approach the registration desk for further information. This conference is Ministry of Health Accredited with up to 5.25 CME credits.

Speaker RoomThere is a dedicated room for speakers and chairperson’s registration and badge collection in C-P2-926 near the registration area which is operational during the same time as the registration desks.

Food and BeverageCoffee and lunch breaks will take place in the exhibition area in the P2 Ballroom foyer.

RulesCleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is a non-smoking venue. Kindly ask the staff for directions for the nearest smoking area. Mobile phones are requested to be kept in silent mode while in the lecture hall.



Prayer RoomA total of 26 men’s and women’s prayer rooms and ablution facilities are located across the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi medical campus and are accessible 24/7. Prayer rooms and wudu facilities are in the Gallery, Patient Tower, Intensive Care Unit, Clinic and Diagnostic & Testing blocks. Kindly ask the conference or venue staff for directions.

Evacuation Assembly PointIn case of an emergency evacuation procedure, please proceed in an orderly fashion to the open area in front of the conference centre. Please always follow the instructions of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi staff.
