2. Prepare a workshop draft presentation of the Emerald Scenario and Atlas for adoption by CSEC, July 25, 2007.

3. Begin to identify potential policy recommendations from previous SGD and CSEC discussions and prepare for August 30 presentation to the CSEC for input.
