Who we are

EMBS GROUP IS LED BY HIGHLY DRIVEN PROFESSIONALS WITH EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE OF HELPING BUSINESS LEADERS FROM AROUND THE WORLD ACHIEVE THEIR STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES.

Stathis is a highly experienced leader of business advisory projects. He has a wealth of experience working to help business leaders from around the

world achieve their strategic and business goals.

Stathis has worked on a wide range of large-scale strategic projects, ranging from client due diligence to preparations for Initial Public Offerings (IPO). These achievements include having led a Moscow-based

research team for one of the largest IPOs to have taken place in Russia.

Metodija is a Vice President at EMBS Group. He speaks six languages and is a specialist in managing and leading multi-country research, consulting and advisory projects in Central and South East Europe.

He has extensive experience advising global companies on market intelligence, ranging from market entry strategies to detailed industry

analysis.

Prior to advising private entities on how best to achieve their goals, Metodija worked for USAID and UNDP and also spent time assisting and advising local

governments on local and sustainable economic development. Metodija studied at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia, and the Kozminski University in Warsaw, Poland, before going on to complete an MSc in International Business & Management at the University of Bradford.

A research professional with over a decade’s worth of experience, Tomek specialises in quantitative research and statistical data analysis, and is adept at managing large-scale projects across multiple countries.

STATHIS KARAPLIOS | Managing Director

In addition to leading business advisory projects, Stathis excels at training and mentoring young consultants and researchers – a skill honed while heading up the Consultancy division for one of Central Eastern Europe’s leading providers of market intelligence services.

Stathis studied at undergraduate level at the University of Economics in Kraków, and the University of Navarra in Spain. He then returned to Kraków to complete a Master’s Degree in International Business.

METODIJA PAPAZOSKI | Vice President

Tomek has extensive experience using CATI, face-to-face, central locatio-n/in hall, desk research and expert opinions surveys. Clients value Tomek’s

ability to recommend the right research methodologies for their projects and he is regarded by his peers as a thought leader in the fields of FMCG, the

medical and pharmaceutical market, construction, power, petrochemicals, metallurgy, publishing and printing, IT and telecommunications.

Tomek holds a degree in sociology from the Institute of Sociology of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He specialised in sociology of economy and market research.
