Good practice teaching, supervision and assessment practices that are student-centred and respond to the needs of ALL students.
•Inclusion is: holistic, flexible, proactive, clear.
TIC Plan of Action:
Three outcomes:•Development of self-evaluation tool,
To be support by•Resource website, and•Training and awareness activities.

Pilot included: - student and staff feedback, - meetings with placement officers, - completion of a self-evaluation by placement officers.
Pre-Placement Inclusion.Programmes should strive to ensure students:
•have clarity regarding placement expectations and workload, •are offered the opportunity to raise any worries or considerations prior to allocation.
Placement Inclusion:
Programmes should strive to ensure students:
- students have support both within the placement and from the programme, - students are monitored and issues are picked up in a supportive environment.
Inclusion following Placements.
Programmes should strive to ensure students: - are given time and space to debrief.
Seek feedback from providers and students and seek to enhance provision for incoming students.
