Developing a network of disposable, low-cost covert listening devices that are produced and deployed in high volumes, with the following characteristics:

• Meets all legal & chain-of-custody requirements• No physical access after deployment• Data transferred over RF, but only rarely• Optimized for automatic speaker ID and high

intelligibility• Target TRL 6
