STEPS FOR EMBARKING JOURNEY TO CONTRIBUTORSHIP•Step-1Contributor should step out of their comfort zone and try out new things.

•Step-2Contributor have to face challenges instead of ignoring them or running away from them.

• Victims believe that circumstances are more powerful than they are.• Live in the comfort of the

known.

• Constantly blame others for their circumstances or problems.• Depend upon others to

find answers for them.

CONTRIBUTORS• Contributors believe that they

as human beings, can shape the circumstances they are in.• Willing to fail and grow

beyond the known.• Take responsibility for their

own problems and solves them.• Rely on themselves and their

own solutions.

GOVIND JAISWAL• Govind ranked 48th in

Civil Service Examination,2006-among 474 candidates.

• “I decided to try for the IAS because this is one government job where you don’t need money or approach to get in,and I had neither…..earlier,the police used to harass my father,now they do ‘sir sir’.”

V.K AATRE• Dr. Vasudev Kalkunte

Aatre is an Indian Scientist and former head of the Defence Research and Development Organisation,India’s premier defence R&D organization.

• In the capacity,he also served as the Scientific Advisor to the Defence Minister.

• He is an awardee of the Padma Vibhushan award.

• Syed Haider Raza Alias S.H Raza(born in 1922) is an Indian artist who has lived and worked in France since 1950,but maintains strong ties with India.

• His works are mainly abstracts in oil or acrylic,with a very rich use of color, replete with icons from Indian cosmology as well as its philosophy.

• He was awarded the Padma Shri and Fellowship of the Lalit Kala akademi in 1981,Padma Bhushan in 2007,and Padma Vibhushan in 2013.

• He became one of India’s priciest modern artist on 10 june 2010 when a seminal work,Saurashtra by the 88-year-old was sold for INR 16.42 crore at a Christie’s auction.

MOTHER TERESA• Social worker Mother

Teresa is a very famous person who helped poor, sick and orphaned people while guiding the missionaries of charity’s expansion throughout India and then other countries.

• Mother Teresa was an Arabian Roman Catholic with Indian citizenship who founded the missionaries of charity in Kolkata in 1950.

• She won the noble prize in 1979 and India’s highest citizen honour, the Bharat Ratna in 1980) for her humanitarian work.

• Mother Teresa's missionaries of charity continued to expand and at the time of her death she was operating 610 missions in 123 countries including hospials , tuberculosis, leprosy and family counseling program, orphanages and schools.

is the most inspiring motivational speaker and success coach in India.

•He is an M.B.A. from University of Macerata,Italy.•He has worked with such big institutions as The Indian Army,The Police,HCL,British Telecom,genpact,CRS Global etc. for about 17 years.•Naseer is famous for his very popular 5 hour long motivational event “Transformation” in India.

SACHIN-BINNY BANSAL• Sachin Bansal is an

Indian Software engineer and internet entrepreneur,known for co-founding India’s e-commerce platform Flipkart.

• Sachin is an engineering graduate from IIT-Delhi.

•Binny Bansal is also Indian software engineer.•He co-founded of Flipkart with Sachin Bansal and was serving as the Chife operating officer untill 11 jan. 2016 and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer.•Binny also graduated from IIT-delhi with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

MARTINA HINGIS• In 2001,Hingis underwent surgery on her right ankle. Coming back from injury, Hingis won the Australian Open doubles final at the start of 2002.• In February 2003, at the age of 22, Hingis announced her retirement from tennis, due to her injuries and some family problems.

• In February 2005, Hingis made an unsuccessful return to competition at an event in Pattaya, Thailand, where she lost in the first round itself. CONCLUSION• All the major contributors in

present or past have gone through many obstacles and every time they had to choose between two roads and they choose “Not To Give Up”.

• And this is what makes them special.
