End of life for a LED lamp is when the lamp lost 30% of its light. For many lamps that point is reached at 15.000 to 20.000 hours.

Ellipz LEDs show in independent tests, to last at least 80,000 hours lifetime surpassing the LED market standard of 50,000 hours. You buy five times 15,000 hr. lamp v.s. one Ellipz lamp.

SENSITIVITY TO BLUE LIGHT & AGE

Human develop natural protection against excess blue light! The older you get, the more blue are filtered! Elderly people see less, specially of the blue light. Glare is therefore more applicable to elderly people and hence impacting road lighting.
