CONTRAST
Contrast happens when two elements on a page are different. For example it happens when two opposing colors are used in a design between the text and the background
or in the size and style of type. Our eyes like contrast.
WHAT IS IT?
To achieve contrast the elements must be completely different. But what does contrast really do?
1. Attracts the eye
2. Organizes content/information
3. Creates focus
WHAT DOES IT DO?

CREATES FOCUS
Contrast can be created using the following elements:
1. Colour
2. Typography
3. Size
4. Shape
5. Position/Space
6. Alignment
HOW DO WE GET IT?
The first people think of when they think of contrast is colour.
COLOUR
Contrasted can be created through type in 6 ways:
1. Size
2. Weight
3. Treatment
4. Position
5. Style
6. Colour
