Chegg® is an American online textbook rental company that specializes in online textbook rentals, homework help, online tutoring, scholarships and internship matching. It is meant to help students in high school and college. Also having branches in India, one of their offices has been Designed and Executed by the team of Professional Architect and Designers from Cherry Hill Interiors Pvt. Ltd. The office starts with a rustic feel of the Reception, finished with corroded copper, wood, metal mesh, and concrete. The Interview lounge is connected to the reception with a waiting area for the candidates.

The overall theme has a neutral base with orange accents. The workstation starts with the Stair case with step seating for employees to sit in a causal atmosphere, interact & unwind. Height-adjustable workstations deliver a complete range of ergonomic postural benefits by allowing employees to sit or stand at their whim without disturbing others

The Conference Room consists of mostly white keeping orange as the only bright color giving it subtle but still a classy feel. The lights above the table are customized stretched fabric lights completing the look of the room. The ambience is enlivened by the bright accents on the glass partitions, ceiling, etc. The wooden flooring has shades of burnt orange complementing the theme and inducing warmth.

The café is one of the livelier spaces in the office with the pantry/serving counter block in green, as the focus in the café space, finished in corrugated sheet to give the notion of a shipping container placed in the cafeteria, adding to the rustic ambience. Overall, the feel of the office is young and trendy keeping the brand and culture of the company alive.

Environmental health and safety is a Discipline & Important Compliance to ensure that the work undertaken by the company does not caused undue environmental damage to the employee’s well-being. This framework requires organizations to manage their activities in order to anticipate and prevent circumstances that might result in occupational injury, ill health, or adverse environmental impact. The EHS policy should state intent to: o Prevent or mitigate both human and economic losses

arising from accidents, adverse occupational exposures, and environmental events.

o Build EHS considerations into all phases of the operations, including laboratory discovery and development environments.

o Achieve and maintain compliance with laws and regulations.

regularly conducted on all of the Cherry Hill’s sites to ensure that each session spent with the workforce is delivered in the best possible manner which yields the maximum output. We hosted many of such training sessions all across the country – be it a session that educates the workers on tool box talks, workplace safety & personal hygiene, or a session that trains them for medical emergencies or adverse situations and how to deal with them. Now days we see EHS management as being increasingly important strategically to companies’ bottom lines, we believe the next generation of EHS management will integrate tightly with other areas of the business. Additionally, as the promise of the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, mobile capabilities, and tech wearables begin to provide increasing amounts of actionable and predictive analytics, the linkage these overall business systems such as Business Intelligence (BI), Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence (EMI), Enterprise Quality Management Software (EQMS), and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) will become increasingly apparent.
