As the owner and head photographer of Elegant Imaging, Esther McMullen knows how lucky she is. Lucky to be able to spend every day doing what she loves and lucky that

what she loves to do allows her to work with so many amazing people and couples. A 2007 graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Photographic Illustration, Esther is most passionate about photography as a universal form of communication where words are

Our PackagesAs far as our packages go, we've developed a unique and

specialized system solely for our clients, so that every couple can easily customize their own tailored package. Find the perfect

combination of ccombination of coverage and products for your wedding day by choosing between three Shooting Time options and six different Product Packages. First choose the amount of time that you want your photographers to be present for. Then, choose the product package that has everything that you want. Create the perfect combination of the two to fit your needs. The combination of the

Shooting Time and Product Package of your choice would be your total cost. We truly strive to provide something that suits your individual needs. We can also completely customize a Product completely customize a Product Package for you if you don't see an already

existing one that fits what you want.

Your Wedding Photography Experience

Getting Started As soon as you decide to book your wedding with Elegant Imaging send us a $200 deposit check, along with your

signed contsigned contract. This serves as confirmation that you have in fact hired us and we in turn have reserved our services for you on that

date.

4-6 Months before the WeddingOnce we receOnce we receive your deposit check and contract, we'll schedule your engagement

session. We suggest that theengagement shoot takes place 4-6 months engagement shoot takes place 4-6 months before the wedding so that you can use the images for your announcements, web page and anything else that you may want. Images will be edited and sent to you within 2weeks of your engagement shoot.

1-2 Weeks before the WeddingOne to tOne to two weeks before the wedding we'll sit down together and go over the schedule for your wedding day and your Shoot List. A Shoot List is a list that you and your fiancé will create listing all of the specific photos that you want to have taken. Your Wedding Photography Experience

1-2 Weeks before the Wedding Continued

… port… portraits detailing your family structure, any extended family that you wish to be pictured with, locations at the reception or ceremony that you'd like to be pictured at, and any other specific photographs thatyou'd like to be taken. At this time your

remaining balance is due.

TThe Day of the WeddingWe'll be there from our scheduled start to finish, capturing every moment of your day!

3-4 Weeks after the WeddingWWe will sit down together and go over your digital negatives, which will be edited within 4 weeks. At this time we will begin planning

and selecting photographs foraany products that you have ordered. Delivery time for products may vary and an estimated pick-up date will be given at the time the

final order is placed.

Scheduled Pick-up Date and Final MeetingYou will receive your completed ordered products and final images. We thank you for for your business and hope that your experience with us has been an easy and enjoyable one!
