This guide is a useful tool to give you advice on how to use the Edenred better services and stay informed about news in the world of meal voucher Ticket Restaurant®. The substitute service canteen can be conveyed on different media: electronic card, web portal and smartphone, allowing you to discover and live a innovative lunch break.

Ticket Restaurant® meal vouchersThe Ticket Restaurant® electronic card represents the digital evolution of paper Ticket Restaurant® meal vouchers and is accepted at over 40.000 merchants with certified POS terminals across Italy. Electronic Ticket Restaurant® combines all the benefits of paper meal vouchers with simplicity of use and represents a new approach to the lunch break that is already used by over 1.5 million people across Italy.

The web portal to access your Private Area Modern, intuitive and functional, the web portal offers you all the tools you need to keep your meal vouchers and their expiry under control. But there’s more. This platform developed for you also provides content to make sure your lunch break is a relaxing one. The new “Cerca Locali” function, now even more advanced and practical, lets you look for the participating merchants

that best reflect your needs in terms both of the type of food they serve and how close they are to your office, with the help of the geolocation service provided in partnership with TripAdvisor.

You can access the Ticket Restaurant® Mobile App using the same credentials of the user portal.

3Ticket Restaurant® Mobile APPTicket Restaurant® Mobile App is the first meal voucher service in Italy for smartphones. You can use the App to manage your meal vouchers in mobility and pay for your meal from your smartphone, using either contactless (NFC) or remote payment technology. The Ticket Restaurant® Mobile App also lets you move your electronic meal vouchers from your Ticket Restaurant® card to your smartphone in complete autonomy.

PLEASE NOTE!If your Ticket Restaurant® card is lost or stolen,

you can block it immediately using the “BLOCCA E SOSTITUZIONE” function on the web portal.

You’ll receive your Ticket Restaurant® electronic card from your company and your meal vouchers will be transferred to it. Keep your card safe.

On the front of your card, in the top right corner, are the Card Number, Circuit and CVC, which are used to associate the Ticket Restaurant® electronic card with your user profile.

The first time you use your Ticket Restaurant® electronic card in a restaurant, your electronic meal vouchers will be automatically transferred to it.

You can check how many meal vouchers you have on the receipt printed by the POS terminal, by visiting your Private Area on the web portal, and by using the Ticket Restaurant® Mobile App.

At the end of the meal you present your Ticket Restaurant® electronic card to the Merchant who will process the payment through the POS.

If the cost of the meal is greater than the value on the electronic meal voucher, you will have to pay the residual amount with cash.

On completion of payment, the Merchant will give you a copy of the receipt printed by the POS terminal, indicating how many electronic meal vouchers you have left.


Have you registered yet?Click on “REGISTRATI ORA” function and fill out every fields marked by asterisks (*) in the form. You will receive an email containing a link to click to confirm the registration. To access the web portal, you need to login using your username and password.

Only during the first access will be asked you to register your Ticket Restaurant® electronic card.Click on "SELEZIONA" function in the “CARD ELETTRONICHE” box and write your CIRCUITO and NUMERO CARD.

Registration has now been completed.Keep your username and password in a safe place.

You will need them to login again.

Electronic meal vouchers

This section contains two different functions:

1) MANAGE MEAL VOUCHERSThis page shows the number of electronic meal vouchers on your Ticket Restaurant® electroniccard, the different devices to which they have been transferred and their expiry details. In the“CLOUD” section, you can also "ATTIVARE" and "GESTIRE" your personal Cloud account, to whichyour company transfers your electronic meal vouchers each month and where they are storedsecurely until you want to transfer them to your Ticket Restaurant® electronic card orsmartphone.

You can display transactions in chronological order (MOVIMENTI PER DATA) or to verify the electronic meal voucher charged every month by your company (MOVIMENTI PER RICARICA).
