Objective: introduce students to the basic concepts ineconometrics, i.e. understanding regression techniques, how touse it, and how not to misuse it.Familiarity with certain basic statistical concepts is a prerequisitefor this course.To opt for this course you need to have B and above letter grade inquantitative methods course (QABD)This course will be a mix of both theory and applications of certaineconometric techniques in data analysis.We will use Stata and MS-Excel extensively in this course foranalyzing data.
