Lucas INSTRUCTOR Mission The Isabela State University is committed to train and develop students to become professionally competent graduates who are equipped with sound moral principles; and to serve the community through research, extension and resource generation by way of inspired leadership and responsive manpower Vision The Isabela State University, a globally recognized institution of higher learning for people empowerment and sustainable development embodying ICT GOALS To develop computer scientists with the technical background, knowledge, and adaptability to develop well – designed robust, computer-based solutions to a range of problems and keeping with the mission of developing professional competence to service the needs of Philippine development. IICT Objectives 1. To provide curricular programs that assist in the industrial and technological development of Cagayan Valley and Region 02 as a whole; 2. To provide students with a venue to gain professional experiences; 3. To develop students’ competence, professionalism in dealing with clients, quality consciousness, teamwork, critical thinking, discipline, resourcefulness, and self-reliance required of professionals; and 4. To provide in depth knowledge and understanding within selected areas of computer science and information technology.
