• eTeachers actively using LMS to support online course. All have online presence. Grow their ePedagogy.
• Work with two to three teachers per school to actively integrate ICT into their lessons.
• Effective buddy support systems set up in each school to teach and share basic skills to all teachers. E.g. good file management, backups, effective use of email, etc.
