construction, erection, commissioning andmaintenance, including subcontractors managementfor complex project management (EPC) and for Electrical, Control & Instrumentation equipment andsystems.

3. ELCOMEX POWER: development of hydro,cogeneration & biomass micro power plant.

Founded in December 1994, based on the initial small core

company which started activities in 1991.

Entirely private capital company.

Registered at ORC Constanta: J13 / 5616/ 1994.

Fiscal code: RO 7092273.

Head office: Cernavoda, 2B Medgidiei Street, Constanta

District – ROMANIA.

Initially started with the works in the field of electric power

equipment and systems installations and erection on

Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant site.

ELCOMEX IEA is the holder of all permits, licences andauthorisations required for the offered services and goodsissued by national authorities (National Commission for Nuclear Safety, National Regulatory Body for Pressure

Vessels, Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority, etc.).ELCOMEX IEA implemented a permanent training program

for improvment of the staff qualification, skills and culture and
