Smart Assistant was designed to allow the customization of the routing of calls to an extension.
The application takes into account people who spend most of their time out of the office, but need to have at hand all of the integrated communication technologies.

How is Smart Assistant different? Users can pre-configure settings per location, caller, or
event.
Settings can be activated automatically, manually, or with the use of proximity devices and NFC tags.
