ELASTIKOTE provides an environmentally responsible waterproofing solution.

A ready to use, single component, ther-moplastic polymer, fluid applied mem-brane is the core of ElastiKote’s pro-tection, which is based on advanced hydrocarbon polymer technology. The ElastiKote membrane is asphalt-free and maintains superior performance proper-ties when exposed to chemicals and gas-ses found in the soil. It resists the attack of bacteria, algae, and fungus.

Within minutes of spraying, ElastiKote becomes incredibly elastic (over 1,600% elongation)...the membrane develops te-nacious adhesion to the wall along with an aggressive tack to receive protection board without penetrating “hold-down” buttons...and ElastiKote cures to become exceedingly tough and durable to claim a life expectancy of over 100 years.

ELASTIKOTE® Waterproofing is an excellent choice for vertical and below-grade waterproof-ing coating applications. The spray-applied waterproofing product is a tremendously strong and protective all-rubber polymer that contains no asphalt and is a reliable, supe-rior waterproofing solution. The membrane is durable, non-toxic and will not leach off the wall to contaminate ground water. Asphalt based waterproofing products simply are no match for ELASTIKOTE patented all-rubber polymer wa-terproofing membrane in terms of performance, tensile strength and crack-bridging protection.
