ProductsLoparex offers release liner solutions on a wide variety of paper and film substrates. They provide all silicone types and curing methods to optimize the release properties of the final product.
LOPASIL® Direct Coated Papers are paper release liners with silicone coated directly on one or both sides. Base paper and silicone formulation solutions are selected to provide the specific desired properties suitable to each intended end-use application. All are available with either a solvent-free or a solvent-based coating and with easy or modified release properties. LOPASIL® liners are often used in applications when strength and temperature resistance are critical, as well as applications requiring the most economical solutions.
POLY SLIK® Poly Coated Papers are extrusion coated and siliconized release papers with good dimensional stability, layflatness and smoothness. POLY SLIK® liners are widely recognized for their versatility with C1S and C2S polycoating and silicone combination. This product line is ideal for certain uses within the graphics and medical markets.
PRIMELINER® Direct Coated Films include direct silicone coated polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET), and polystyrene (PS) films with either one- or two-sided release options. In addition to standard one- and two-sided silicone coatings, they offer very stable one and two-sided siliconized liners with the option to use solvent-based or solvent-free chemistries. This product line is ideal for certain uses in the medical, industrial, and composites industries.
A typical FILM PLUS® Poly Coated Films construction has would have polyolefin extruded onto two sides of a PET film, then silicone coated on onto one or both sides. Alternate base films can be used to meet application specific needs. These liners are ideal for certain uses within medical, industrial and tape market segments.
Loparex has multiple Blown Films lines with a wide range of capabilities to produce various plastic films. Each film resin type provides a unique blend of properties. Their films are available from 30-350 micron (1.2 to 14.0 mils) thicknesses and in widths up to 2337mm (92”), and in multiple colors depending on resin, caliper and width produced.
