1. Process Flow

1.1 Centrifugal Glass Wool Production Process

Raw material was mixed on certain mixture ratio and sent into furnace, then well-fused

vitreous fluid flows out from the leak board installed at forming part of the furnace, and fall

vertically into a spinner—the principal part of fiber forming equipment. Under the force of

the rotating centrifuge at high speed, about ten thousands vitreous fluid streams are thrown

through pores on the surrounding wall of spinner to form primary fibers, which are still in

high-temperature soft state. Affected by high temperature and high speed flame spraying,

vitreous fluid streams are further stretched into secondary fibers. While forming, glass wool

fibers are covered with sprayed resin binder. Affected by negative pressure of air draft at

lower part of mesh belt, the glass wool fibers uniformly spread into a batting layer on the

mesh belt and form the glass wool felt. The felt enters into curing oven to go through drying,

curing and shaping processes and is cut longitudinally or crossly as per required size into

glass wool production. Glass wool felt is packaged by the packing machine while the glass

wool is plastic membrane packaged.

4. Basic Equipment

4.1 Raw Material System

Materials, (which has been crushed to a certain specification), are sent into

respective silo.

Each silo is equipped with a vibration feeding machine sending raw material to the

weighing device. Afterwards, the weighed raw material will be sent to the feeding

device, then to the melting furnace.

4.3 Fiber Forming System

Vitreous fluid flows out from the leak board made of platinum, which fall vertically into

the spinner. The spinner is made of high-temperature preservation alloy. Under the

centrifugal force, vitreous fluid streams are thrown through pores on the surrounding wall

of spinner to form primary fibers. Affected by high temperature and high speed flame

spraying, vitreous fluid streams are further stretched into secondary fibers.

5. Technical Service

1. This quotation is not including the fundamentals construction, carriage charges,

insurance cost, and installation and commissioning costs, in addition the worksite

construction cost and staff travel costs are also not included in this quotation.

2. After the contraction is signed, the Seller would instruct the Buyer all the detail

requirement of the base, water and electrical installation instruction, and so on.

And the Seller would supply related installation drawings and parameters.

3. The Seller should immediately dispatch technical personnel to the Buyer’s factory

to instruct installation and commissioning after the machinery line arrives in the

Buyer’s factory and got the Buyers confirmation of the preparation.

4. The Buyer will bear the expense of return tickets, lodging and boarding. Meanwhile,

the subsidy for persons dispatched by the Sellers during the installation and

commissioning, and should be transferred by T/T before the dispatching of persons

under the standard of USD180.00 /day per person.

5. If related training is necessary, the charge of training should be discussed later

according to the Buyers’ actual situation and requirement for the training.

6. The quality of above mentioned products meet the relative standard Eurocode.

7. The warranty period is 12 months from the commissioning finished. The damage

from the incorrect operation is out of the warranty scope.

6. Commercial Terms

6.1 Terms of Price

The total price of Glass Wool Production Line with the Basic Equipments mentioned

above is

6.2 Delivery Time

200 days after receipt of down payment.

6.3 Installation and Commissioning Period

60 ~ 90 working days (under finished foundation and related supply), according to the

Buyer’s actual situation.

6.4 Test Period

Around 30 working days

6.5 Terms of Payment

Deposit 30% by T/T as down payment and 65% by T/T or L/C before shipment. 5%

should be paid by T/T after installation and commissioning.
