The DDP400 sealed power modules being potted and offering IP67 ingress protection grade,are well suited for challenging system designs where low profile, low power dissipation isdesired with minimal air movement. The modules may be mounted for conduction cooling orconvection cooling. The modules are rated for 350W in natural convection or 400W withconduction cooling or the optional heat sink.

The integral 12V fan output eliminates the need for an additional fan supply. The module canbe disabled with a logic signal and dissipates less than 0.5W in stand-by mode allowingsystem level Energy Star compliance. The module’s low profile is applicable for industrystandard 1U equipment design.

MDP version complies with the 3rd edition of the UL/IEC 60601-1 safety standards for medicalequipment offering 2x MoPP protection grade and the DDP version complies with the 2ndedition of the UL/IEC 60950-1 standards for IT equipment.

Compact form factor,high efficiency, highpeak power capability,the DDP600 series of600W single outputpower supplies aresuitable for a widerange of industrial andmedical applications,as well as LED displayand lighting solutions.

The DDP600 series provides a steady 600 W of regulated DC power through the full 85 to305 VAC input range with a 800W, 10s peak capability, all in a 4.2 X 7.0 X 1.6” form factor. The DDP600 is available in a U-frame chassis, or enclosed with a built-in front mounted fan to facilitate system integration. The DDP600 features a built-in I-share circuit for paralleloperation between power units to enhance total power.

By converting energy at up to 94% efficiency, the DDP600 generates less heat, facilitatingoptimal thermal management in space constrained environments, resulting in very high reliability.

The series comes in 24, 28, 36 and 48 VDC standard output voltages and offers auxiliary 12VDC and +5 VDC stand-by outputs. Available control signals include Power Good (P_OK),Remote On / Off (PS_Inhibit), and Sense terminals (RS+, RS-). Protection features include HighBreaking capacity fuses on both AC lines, input under voltage lockout (IUV), output over-current (OC), output short-circuit (SC), output over-voltage (OV) and over-temperature (OT).
