如在印尼巨港 permulutan 投资的 PT.ASIA LOG 公司，充分考虑保护天然林，以橡胶木和人工林柚木加工为主。并努力遵循印尼政府签署的 VPA 协议。 For example, PT.ASIA.LOG Co., Ltd., a company invested in permulutan of Palembang, Indonesia, gives full consideration to the protection of natural forest. Its processing is mainly on the rubber wood and artificial teakwood. This company also works hard to adhere to VPA Agreement signed by Indonesian Government.

四、关于提高木材贸易与投资合法性的几点建议 IV. Suggestions on improving legality of timber trade & investment:

1 、合法性界定要尊重国家主权；National sovereignty of a country should be respected while defining the word “legitimacy”; 2 、降低认证成本→降低认证木材价格 →有利于推广认证及增加认证木材交易； Reducing certification costs → bringing down the prices of certified timber → good for certification promotion and increase of volume for certified timber trade; 3 、确定认证重点范围，重点认证保护热带雨林，简化针叶林材认证，取消人工林认证； Defining key scope of certification. Focusing on certification to preserved tropical rainforest timber. Simplifying certification to timber made of coniferous forest. Cancelling certification to artificial forest timber. ; 4 、赞同 FLEGT 行动与 VPA 协议。 Endorsing FLEGT Action and VPA agreement.
