WE SELL ONLY TO PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT CLEANERS.

If you are not service capable, we encourage you to buy your equipment from a distributor that has service technicians available to assist you.

1) We do not provide labor warranty, but we do provide a 90 day warranty on defective parts and compo-nents. We also assist with warranty from engine, pump, burner and equipment manufacturers. A copy of the Largo Warranty is on the last page of this price book.

2) Seals, rubber O-rings, packing, check valves, fuel pumps, and pressure hoses are very seldom warranty items - UPS/FedX Freight are the only winners here. With that said, remember, warranty cannot be determined over the phone. The parts require inspection and a determination prior to replacement. We do not send out no charge items, pending a warranty review. JUST A SUGGESTION: Keep a spare parts kit on hand (Tips, Guns, Hoses, Unloader Valves, Relief Valves, On-Off Switches, fuel filters, flow switch or pressure switch, hi limit switch or thermostat, belts, Reusable hose fittings to repair a leaking or busted hose, and as I mentioned Belts, not usually found locally).

3) When you purchase a pressure washer from MSI, you can come here and pick it up, or we can ship it com-mon carrier to you. While we try to outsmart the freight companies, they always seem to outsmart us! So, if you elect to ship the equipment, make sure you: A. Do not sign for damaged equipment! Refuse it. If you do sign for it, then it is between you and the freight company. B. When you do accept the equipment in good condition from the freight company, make sure all is well. Note: nuts, bolts, fittings and other components can work loose in transit. Thoroughly inspect the machine.

4) Installation: Purchase a quality, thoroughly charged battery. Cutting corners here is a no-no. You may, and we suggest, install dual parallel batteries on 25 amp burners. Make sure the belts are tight, and recheck after the first 20-25 hours. Misalignment will cause premature belt failure and pump shaft seal failure.

PLEASE DO NOT:

• Install your machine on the rear of a trailer. • Install your machine on a single axle trailer less than 8 feet long. • Install your machine in a closed trailer without enough ventilation for make-up air-your coil will soot up. • Restrict the stack exhaust in an enclosed trailer. • Install in an enclosed trailer without backdraft protection - your unit will freeze.

Detergent products are not returnable. Possession of this Catalog and/or Price List may not entitle you to purchase from MSI.

NEGLIGENCE FOR OPERATORS WHO FAIL TO FOLLOW OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS, (IE) ATTEMPTING TO REFUEL A HOT ENGINE, INSTALLING THEPRESSURE WASHER IN AN ENCLOSED TRUCK/VAN THAT FAILS TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE VENTILATION AND AIR SUPPLY, OR IMPROPER VENTING OFTHE BURNER, RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO VEHICLE AND/OR THE PRESSURE WASHER.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITYLARGO’S LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL LARGO’S LIABILITYEXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION. LARGO’S OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED AT OUROPTION TO THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR AT A SERVICE FACILITY DESIGNATED BY LARGO, OF SUCH PART OR PARTS AS INSPECTION SHALLDISCLOSE TO HAVE BEEN DEFECTIVE.
