the TechLearn and Comdex trade shows, IntraLearn, the first Internet-based distance

learning platform specifically designed to meet the stringent requirements of certification

compliance and issuance. IntraLearn software allows certifying organizations for diverse

industries, such as accounting, banking, insurance and law, to quickly deploy cost-

effective certification training and testing courseware programs over the Internet or
