Course Information

• Description– This course will explore the cruise line industry

with a focus on the hospitality, leisure and history and marketing operations. The course includes a “hands on” 5 day cruise, with crew panel discussion, galley tour and individual exploration.

• Class Meeting Times– Saturdays, Jan 22, April 9,16, 23,30, June 4, 2011– 10:00 am-2:00pm
